Cancellation policy

When booking your appointment, you will be asked to pay a non-refundable deposit. This deposit secures the booking and allows me to ensure that all necessary products and medicines are in stock, ready for your treatment. The non-refundable deposit is credited towards the final cost of your treatment; however, if you need to reschedule your appointment, you must contact me at least 24 hours before your appointment. Any appointments rescheduled after this time will require a new deposit to be paid.

I am happy to discuss any questions regarding this cancellation policy. By booking and paying a deposit, you acknowledge the following :-

- You have read and fully understand the above Cancellation Policy. 

- You understand that the deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable and will be credited towards the cost of your treatment.

- You understand a new deposit will be required if you reschedule your appointment with less than 24hrs notice.
